ICU Graduate School Admission
Entry Form for Regular Students

This Entry Form is for applicants who desire to apply for the Master's Course, including IB Teacher Advanced Certification Program, and Doctoral Course.
This form is not for applicants who desire to apply for Kenkyusei (non-degree seeking).  Applicants who desire to apply for Kenkyusei (non-degree seeking) must apply from here.
Candidates of 5-year Program must apply from the Graduate School website.

Applicants for ICU Graduate School Admissions must submit this form with the requested information and attachments during the designated application period. You must check the automatically-delivered entry confirmation by email at your registered email address.
Please contact us at gs-adm@icu.ac.jp if you do not receive the confirmation email.

研究生志望者は、こちらのエントリーフォームから出願してください。
５年プログラム候補者は、大学院のウェブサイトから出願してください。

ICU大学院入学選考に出願される方は、所定の出願受付期間内に、本フォームに必要事項を入力し指示されたファイルを添付の上、
送信してください。フォーム送信後、登録したメールアドレス宛に自動配信メールが送られますので、必ず確認してください。

Submission of a Japanese Summary of the research plan is optional. All Japanese Summary must have a Coverpage.

Applicants for Master's Course REGULAR STUDENTS must submit a Copy of Senior Thesis.
Applicants for IB Teacher Advanced Certification Program must submit a Copy of Academic Paper.
Applicants for Doctoral Course REGULAR STUDENTS must submit a Copy of Master's Thesis.

If an applicant was not required to write a senior thesis or master's thesis, submit an "alternative academic paper" as described in the "Admissions Handbook" of ICU Graduate School.

If an applicant has not completed their senior thesis or master's thesis yet, submit the English summary instead. It can be the same summary as asked in the next item.

All theses and academic papers must have a Coverpage.

博士前期課程本科学生志望者は、卒業論文の英文要旨を提出すること。
IB Teacher Advanced Certification Program志望者は、代表的な論文の写しおよび要旨を提出すること。
博士後期課程 本科学生志望者は、修士の学位論文の写しおよび要旨を提出すること。

卒業論文または修士論文が課せられなかった場合は、「大学院学生募集要項」の記載に従い、「代わる論文」を提出すること。

卒業論文または修士論文を作成中の場合は、英文要旨を代わりに提出すること。次の項目と同じものでよい。

論文には、必ず表紙をつけることを忘れないこと。
