ICU GS Admission:
Entry Form for Kenkyusei (non-degree seeker)

This Entry Form is for applicants who desire to apply as a Kenkyusei. Please note that Kenkyusei (研究生) is a non-degree seeker at ICU Graduate School.
Applicants must submit this form with the requested information and attachments during the designated application period. You must check the automatically-delivered entry confirmation by email at your registered email address.
Please contact us at gs-adm@icu.ac.jp if you do not receive the confirmation email.

ICU大学院入学選考出願者のうち、研究生として出願される方は、所定の出願受付期間内に、本フォームに必要事項を入力し所定の書類を添付の上、
送信してください。フォーム送信後、登録したメールアドレス宛に自動配信メールが送られますので、必ず確認してください。
万が一届かない場合は、gs-adm@icu.ac.jpまでお問い合わせください。
