Apply for the IB Teacher Advanced Certification Program

Applicants for ICU Graduate School Admissions who desire to apply for the IB Teacher Advanced Certification Program, must submit this form with the requested information and attachments during the designated application period. You must check the automatically-delivered entry confirmation by email at your registered email address.

ICU大学院入学選考出願者のうち、IB Teacher Advanced Certification Programを希望される方は、所定の出願受付期間内に本フォームに必要事項を入力し、所定の書類を添付の上、送信してください。フォーム送信後、登録したメールアドレス宛に自動配信メールが送られますので、必ず確認してください。
