2. Complete and submit the online application form by Wednesday 9 July, 2025.


オンライン申込フォームに記入のうえ、お申し込みください。
締め切りは2025年7月9日（水）です。

An automatic confirmation of your application will be sent by e-mail (you may need to check the Spam folder in your mailbox). If you do not receive the automatic reply, please contact the school at english@sjjg.ac.jp.
申込フォームを送っていただいた後、登録されたメールアドレス宛に確認のメールが送られます。自動返信メールが届いていない場合、お手数ですが、まず迷惑メールフォルダなどご確認をお願いいたします。返信がなかった場合、english@sjjg.ac.jpまでご連絡ください。


※Please be aware that we will accept a maximum of 5 applications from one school or organization.
　小学校1 校・1 団体あたりの応募者は5名までに限ります。
※Please also note that we will close the Elementary School Division to new entries when we receive 60 applications.
　小学生の部の定員は60名となります。定員になり次第締め切りさせていただきますのでご注意ください。

3. After the application deadline, details of the contest on Sunday 31 August will be sent to the postal address provided on the application form.

応募締め切り後、コンテスト当日の詳細はフォームに記入された住所に郵送いたします。
