■代替品の配送時期：3月下旬より順次（お申込いただいてから10営業日程度いただく場合がございます。）
・不良箇所が分かる画像を本フォームよりお送りいただくようお願いいたします。
・不良品は、同梱の返送用封筒にてご返送いただくようお願いいたします。
・代替品の発送元は「株式会社サンワ サポートセンター」になります。
