2. Complete and submit the online application form by Wednesday 8 July, 2026.

オンライン申込フォームに必要事項を記入の上、申込してください。
締め切りは2026年7月8日（水）です。

An automatic confirmation of your application will be sent by e-mail (you may need to check the Spam folder in your mailbox). If you do not receive the automatic reply, please contact the school at english@sjjg.ac.jp.
申込フォームを送っていただいた後、登録されたメールアドレス宛に確認のメールが送られます。自動返信メールが届いていない場合、お手数ですが、まず迷惑メールフォルダなどのご確認をお願いいたします。返信がなかった場合は、english@sjjg.ac.jpまでご連絡ください。


※Please be aware that we will accept a maximum of 3 applications from one school or organization.
　中学校1 校・1団体あたりの応募者は3 名までに限ります。
※Please also note that we close the Junior High School Division to new entries when we receive 30 applications.
　中学生の部の定員は30名となります。定員になり次第締め切りとさせていただきますのでご注意ください。

3. Submit a Word copy of your speech by e-mail by Friday 24 July, 2026.

スピーチの原稿データ（Word形式）を2026年7月24日（金）までにEメールでお送りください。

Write the speech title on the 1st line, school name on the 2nd line, your name on the 3rd line) of your speech.
原稿には、1行目にスピーチタイトル、2行目に学校名、3行目に応募者名を必ずお書きください。

4. After the application deadline, details of the day of the contest will be sent to the e-mail address provided on the application form.

応募締め切り後、コンテスト当日の詳細をフォームに記入されたメールアドレスにお送りします。
