カウンセリングセンターの利用にあたって

ICUカウンセリングセンターでは、専門のスタッフがICU生の相談に応じています。また、ICU生のことであれば本人以外の方（教職員・家族など）からの相談にも乗っています。

個人情報について
大学の規則等に従い、利用学生に不利益がないように慎重に取り扱います。 ただし、危険が見込まれる場合などは守秘の例外として、カウンセリングセンターの利用状況などを関係者と共有し連携することがあります。

予約の変更について
予約の変更が必要になった場合は、事前にカウンセリングセンターまでお知らせ下さい。

緊急連絡先について
安否確認が必要になった場合など、緊急と判断される場合には緊急連絡先もしくは保証人に連絡することがあります。

電子メールの取り扱いについて
カウンセリングセンターのメールアドレス(icu-counseling@icu.ac.jp)は利用学生と予約等の事務的やり取りをするためのものです。メールでのご相談は基本的に受けていません。アドレスの取り扱いにはご注意ください。

＊分からないことや気になることがある場合は、遠慮なく担当カウンセラーや精神科医にお尋ね下さい。
＊悪天候等により、臨時休講・全館閉館になった場合はカウンセリングセンターも閉室となります。

Welcome to ICU Counseling Center:

We provide psychological and psychiatric services for ICU students. Academic and administrative staff at the university, as well as family members of students, can also consult us about ICU students.

About Our Privacy Policy:
We will handle your personal information with the utmost care in accordance with university regulations and professional guidelines.　Exceptions to this confidentiality agreement will be made, however, when there is an imminent physical danger to self or others, in which case we may disclose information, such as your use of the counseling service, to related parties.

About Appointments:
When you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the Counseling Center via email(ccappt@icu.ac.jp) /phone(0422-33-3499)as soon as possible.

About Emergency Contact:
We will notify your emergency contact or guardian in cases that require immediate attention, such as when your safety cannot be confirmed.

Email Usage at ICU Counseling Center:
The counseling center uses email only for administrative matters, not for consultation. Please refrain from using the center’s address (icu-counseling@icu.ac.jp) for emergency support or sharing it with those who are not using our services.

If you have any questions or concerns, please ask your counselor or psychiatrist.

When the university cancels classes due to an emergency, such as severe weather, ICU Counseling Center will be closed.

カウンセリングセンター精神科顧問医相談・診療に関する注意点とお願い
(現在は対面での顧問医相談のみ受け付けています）

1.オンラインでの相談・診療はその性質上、対面と同等のサービスは提供できません。オンラインではコミュニケーションの祖語や誤解は生じやすくなる可能性があります。
2.出来る限り安全なオンライン接続を利用し、ご自身のプライバシーが確保される安全な環境でのみオンライン相談・診療を利用してください。公衆無線LANなどを利用して周りに人がいるカフェなどから接続することは避けてください。
3.情報漏洩防止のため、オンラインでのやり取りの録画・録音・撮影は禁止とします。
4.オンライン相談・診療を行うことが適切ではないとカウンセリングセンターが判断した場合は、サービスの提供を見送ることがあります。
5.海外居住学生に対するオンライン相談・診療は、現地の法律に抵触する恐れがあるため、当面行いません。
6.なるべく希望した予約時間内に相談・診療が終わるように手配しますが、相談・診療の都合で必ずしも希望に沿えない場合があります。ご了承の上利用してください。
7.個人情報の扱いには細心の注意を払いますが、オンラインでの情報のやり取りは対面と比較するとセキュリティーが低くなる傾向があることをご理解いただいてうえで利用してください。
8.予定されている予約を変更する場合は、icu-counseling@icu.ac.jpにご連絡ください。
9.万が一センタースタッフや利用学生に深刻な感染症が認められた場合、大学や地域保健所の要請に応じてみなさんの利用状況を提供しないといけないことがあるかもしれません。その際は、可能な限り限定された情報（名前、学籍番号、面接日など）のみを開示するようにしますが、ご了承ください。
10.診療費が発生した場合は、自己負担額相当をICUが指定する方法で振り込み、もしくは財務グループで支払っていただくことになります。ご了承の上、ご利用ください。

以上、ご不明な点等がありましたら遠慮なく大学カウンセラー・顧問精神科医にご相談ください。また、オンライン精神科顧問相談（診療）に関しては、今後運用に変更が生じる場合があります。カウンセリングセンターからの連絡や、カウンセリングセンターセンターWebサイトでの情報発信にご留意ください。


Notice Regarding Online Psychiatric Consultation:
(We currently provide only face-to-face psychiatric consultation services)
1. Because of the online nature of communication, the same quality of services in not guaranteed as in the in-person treatment. You may notice slight differences between online and in-person counseling services, including miscommunication caused by distant communication and impersonal feelings.
2. When utilizing Online Psychiatric Consultaion, please avoid accessing in public spaces such as Cafe or connecting via Wi-Fi, in order to maximize privacy and to ensure that the session is secure.
3. Please do not record (audio / video) any content from your session, due to
confidentiality reasons.
4. The ICU Counseling Center reserves the right to evaluate and decide if Online
Psychiatric Consultation is appropriate to be offered for each student.
5. Online Psychiatric Consultation services are offered to students who are currently residing in Japan only. Online Psychiatric Consultations are not available for anyone residing overseas due to legal and ethical obligations.
6. We try to start and end your session on time; however, it may not always be possible to do so depending on the circumstance. We appreciate your flexibility in allowing adequate time before and after your appointment time.
7. We pay the utmost care to protect your personal information in providing psychiatric services remotely; however, the same level of security may not be protected as in face-to-face services.
8. To reschedule an existing Online Psychiatric Consultation appointment, please contact the Counseling Center at ccappt@icu.ac.jp.
9.Please understand, that we may have to provide the university administration and the local public health office some of your personal information if any of our staff or student body who uses our services are affected by serious infection. We will try our best to limit the information released in such circumstances (i.e. your ID number, name, date of your visit, etc.).
10. Your will be responsible for the bill for your psychiatric treatment. You will be asked to either pay it via bank-transfer to the university account or at the university financial affairs group.

If you have any questions regarding Online Psychiatric Services, please do not hesitate to
contact the university counselors and/or psychiatrist. Also due to the rapidly changing social environment,
please check the ICU Counseling Center website for any updates or changes regarding the Online Psychiatric Services.
