日本語を話されない場合は、音声翻訳のシステムを使用して面談を執り行います。
教育懇談会申込にあたり、以下の確認をお願いいたします。　Please confirm the following when applying for an Educational meeting.
■面談の詳細について
・面談はオンライン会議ツール「Zoom」を使用します。
・12：00～17：30の間で面談時間を設定させていただきます。
・面談各１件につき、30分までさせていただきます。
・教育会議の面接時間等の詳細は、面談当日1週間前までにメールにてお知らせします。

■その他
・お申し込み後、キャンセルされる場合は、教育後援会事務局までご連絡ください。
・面談にあたり、学生本人とご希望のご相談事項に沿って事前ヒアリングを行った面談をさせていただく場合がございます。

■ Details about the Interview
・The interview will be conducted using the online meeting tool "Zoom."
・The interview time will be scheduled between 12:00 PM and 5:30 PM.
・Each interview will be limited to 30 minutes per session.
・Details such as the interview time for the educational meeting will be notified via email at least one week before the interview day.

■ Other Notes
・If you need to cancel after applying, please contact the Education Support Association Office.
・For the interview, we may conduct a pre-hearing based on the student's preferences and the matters you wish to discuss.
