7/5（土） オンライン職員面談にご参加の方は以下の事項をご記入の上、送信ボタンを押してください。

■面談方法について
・面談はオンライン会議ツール「Zoom」を使用します。
・面談各１件につき、30分までとさせていただきます。
・複数の面談をお申込みされた方におかれましては、面談の間隔があく場合がございます。
・職員面談に関して、お申し込み多数の場合には、お申し込み期限までに募集を締め切る場合もございます。

■面談時間について
・12：00～17：30の間で面談時間を設定させていただきます。
・教育懇談会の面談時間等、当日の詳細や、講演会の動画配信については、6/27（金）頃にメールでお知らせします。
・面談開始時間から15分が過ぎても参加されない場合は、キャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。

■その他
・相談内容に対する具体的な内容は、必ずご記入ください。（事前に担当教職員に共有します）
・お申し込み後、やむを得ずキャンセルされる場合は、教育後援会事務局までご連絡ください。
・面談にあたり、学生本人とご希望のご相談事項に沿った事前ヒアリングを行ったうえで面談をさせて頂く場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

・Interviews will be conducted using the online meeting tool “Zoom”.
・We will set up an interview time between 12:00 and 17:30.
・Each interview is limited to 30 minutes.
・If you wish to cancel after registering, please contact us at the contact information below.
・If you do not participate in interviews 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the interview will be treated as cancelled.
・Details regarding the interview times for educational meetings will be announced via email around June 27. 
・Please be sure to provide specific details in response to the consultation.
・For specialized employment counseling specific to your major or course, please meet with a faculty member to discuss your needs.
