CIRCUIT CHALLENGE Application Form

The personal information entered in this application form will be shared with Fuji Speedway Hotel in reference to your booking record.
The personal information provided will not be used for any purpose other than the application for the CIRCUIT CHALLENGE.

If it is deemed impossible to continue the Experience Driving due to weather or other unavoidable circumstances, the Experience Driving may be cancelled or interrupted.
The start time of the Experience Driving may be changed due to unavoidable circumstances.
Please follow the instructions of the staff to ensure the safety of participants.
If any damage is caused to Fuji Speedway facilities, equipment, vehicles, fixtures, etc. due to the negligence of the customer, the customer will be charged for the cost of the damage.
Please use an appropriate seat for child who requires  child or junior seat.
No rental seats are available at Fuji Speedway. Please prepare and install the seat by yourself.
No driver change is allowed after the start of the ride.

Please present your original international driver's license valid in Japan at the reception desk.
If you do not present your original driver's license on the day of the event, you will not be able to participate even if you have already registered.

Please pay the fee at the reception desk on the 1st floor of the Control Center before the start of the trial run. (Cash, credit cards, and various types of electronic money can be used) ​
If you are late for the meeting time (1hour before the start of the CIRCUIT CHALLENGE), your reservation will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be made even after payment has been made.

If you rent a manual vehicle, our staff will check your driving skills in advance.
 If, as a result of the driving skill check, the staff determines that your skill is not suffecient, you will not be allowed to ride in the vehicle. (We do not check the operation of automatic transmission vehicles.)
