現地参加の場合は，以下の参加費を当日受付でお支払いください。
大会参加費（現地参加）：普通会員5,000円（不課税），非会員6,000円（不課税），学生会員・学生非会員1,000円（不課税）

オンライン参加の場合は，以下の参加費を事前にお支払いください。
大会参加費（オンライン参加）：無料

For on-site participant, please pay the following participation fee at the registration desk on the day of the meeting.
On-site participation fee: 5,000 yen (tax-exempt) for general members, 6,000 yen (tax-exempt) for nonmembers, 1,000 yen (tax-exempt) for students regardless of membership

For on-line participation, please pay the following participation fee in advance.
On-line participation fee: Free

参加者皆さまの交流の場として懇親会を開催いたします。多数のご参加をお待ちしております。
日時：11月1日（土）18:00-20:00
懇親会会費：一般6,300円（税込），学生3,200円（税込）

A reception will be held to provide an opportunity for all participants to get to know each other. We look forward to seeing you there.
Date and time: November 1 (Sat.) 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Banquet fee: 6,300 yen (including tax) for general, 3,200 yen (including tax) for students

参加費と懇親会費の事前決済（クレジットカード払い）が利用可能です。
希望された皆さまには，申込締切日以降に決済用リンクをメールにてお送りします。
※決済用リンクの有効期限が短いため，メール到着後は速やかに決済ください。
※領収書は大会当日に受付にてお渡しします。

Pre-payment (by credit card) of the participation fee is available. 
A payment link will be emailed to those who want to use pre-payment after the submission deadline.
*The validity period of the payment link is short, so please make your payment as soon as possible after receiving the email.
**Receipts will be handed out at the registration desk on the day of the conference.
