Application form for Nihongo Salon (Saturday Salon, starting in May)

どようびサロンの申し込みフォームです。
This is an application form for the Saturday Salon.

【申し込むことが できる人／Eligibility】
・日本語で少し話をすることができる人
・日本に住んでいる人
*申込者が多い場合、港区に住んでいる人／港区で働いている人／港区の学校に行っている人を優先することがあります。
・Novice-to higher-level Japanese learners
・Those who live in Japan
*If we receive too many applications, priority may be given to those who live, work, or study in Minato City.

登録内容は、日本語サロンの運営にのみ使用します。 港区 と 港区国際交流協会（MIA)　のほかへは 知らせません。
All information we receive will be used only for the administration of the Nihongo Salon. It will be kept within Minato City and Minato International Association (hereinafter MIA) and will not be funneled to others.
写真・動画について／About Photos and Videos
日本語サロンでは、活動の様子を記録するために、写真や動画を撮ります。
撮った写真や動画は、ウェブサイトやSNSなどに載せることがあります。
写真や動画にうつりたくない場合は、スタッフに言ってください。　
At Nihongo Salon, we take photos and videos to record our activities.
The photos and videos may be posted on our website, social media, and other platforms.
If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform a staff member.
