※2　雨天（荒天）時には寺部小学校で実施の予定です。その場合、当日の朝８時までにご登録いただいたメールアドレスにご連絡いたします。
※3 申込みが定員（100名）を超えた場合は抽選とさせていただきます。

Notes:

  1. We will notify you by email on Friday, October 10 regarding whether your application has been accepted. Please double-check that you enter your email address correctly.

  2. In case of rain or severe weather, the event will be held at Terabe Elementary School. If this happens, we will inform you by email by 8:00 a.m. on the day of the event.

  3. If the number of applications exceeds the capacity (60 participants), participants will be selected by lottery.

  4. The personal information you provide will be used only for the following purposes:

    • Organizing and managing this event

    • Processing event insurance

  5. On the day of the event, organizers, sponsors, and media may take and use photographs or videos for promotional purposes. By applying, you consent to this. All rights to participants’ images, including related rights, belong to the organizers.
