●Web presentation
While there is no participation fee, registration is required.
For web presentations, presenters are required to submit their presentation data (MP4) in advance.
Q&A session will not be available.

●On-site presentation
Authors who wish to present on-site are required to complete registration and pay the registration fee of JPY 20,000.
The registration fee must be paid in Japanese yen at the reception desk on the day of the conference.
Please complete your registration in advance and make the payment in Japanese yen at the reception desk on the day of the conference.
On-site participation is limited to presenting authors and co-authors only.
Poster presentations are available on-site only.

●Participation policy
Overseas participants are kindly requested to join the on-demand programs (free of charge).
Registration is required even if you only view the on-demand programs.
