個人情報の取扱い同意書

１．個人情報の適切な保護と管理者
当社は、次の者を個人情報の保護管理者として任命し、お客様の個人情報を適切かつ安全に管理し、個人情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損を防止する保護策を講じています。

２．個人情報の利用目的
提供される個人情報は、次に記された目的のために当社の正当な事業範囲内で利用いたします。
・当社が開催および運営するイベント（以下、「当イベント」といいます。）についての、ご案内・ご連絡・参加登録・情報提供・その他当イベントの円滑な運営に必要な事務のため。
・当社が提供する結婚相手紹介サービスの紹介・同サービスに関するキャンペーン・当社が今後開催するイベントについての、ダイレクトメール送付・メールマガジン配信・SNSメッセージ送信等の方法による情報提供のため。
３．個人情報の第三者提供
提供された個人情報は、ご本人の同意がある場合、法令にもとづく場合、または次に掲げる場合を除き、第三者への提供はいたしません。
・お客様が申込む当イベントの開催および運営に関する手続きのため、お客様の氏名その他お客様からご提供いただいた個人情報を、口頭、書面またはインターネット回線経由により、当イベントの共同開催者に対し提供いたします。
４．個人情報の委託
当社は、同意を得た利用目的の範囲内で、お客様の情報の全部もしくは一部を他の事業者に委託する場合があります。その際当社は、十分な個人情報保護水準を確保していることを条件として委託先を選定評価し、個人情報の保管や機密の保持に関して適正な管理を実施します。
５．個人情報を提供されることの任意性
お客様が当社に個人情報を提供されるかどうかは、お客様の任意によるものです。ただし、必要な個人情報の一部または全部を提供されなかった場合は、適切な状態で各種手続きやサービス等を提供できない場合があります。
６．保有個人データまたは第三者提供記録の開示等の申込みへの応諾
当社では、ご本人からの求めにより、自己に関する個人情報の利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止または消去、第三者への提供の停止に応諾しております。なお、開示等の手続きについては、以下のお問い合わせ窓口までお願いします。その際当社は、ご本人を確認させていただいたうえで、合理的な期間内に対応いたします。ただし、当社の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合は、その理由を説明し開示いたしません。

Consent to the Handling of Personal Information

1. Appropriate Protection and Management of Personal Information / Personal Information Protection Manager

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The personal information provided will be used, within the legitimate scope of our business, for the following purposes:
- To provide information and notices regarding the Event jointly organized and operated by our company (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”), including participation registration, information provision, and other administrative procedures necessary for the smooth operation of the Event.
- To provide information about our matchmaking services, campaigns related to such services, and future events organized by our company, including through direct mail, email newsletters, SNS messages, and other methods.
3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Except where the individual has given consent, where required by laws or regulations, or in the cases listed below, we will not provide the personal information provided to any third party.
- For procedures related to the organization and operation of the Event for which the customer has applied, we may provide the customer’s name and other personal information supplied by the customer to the co-organizers of the Event, orally, in writing, or via the internet.
4. Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling
Within the scope of the purposes of use for which consent has been obtained, we may outsource the handling of all or part of the customer’s information to other business operators. In such cases, we will select and evaluate contractors on the condition that they maintain an adequate level of personal information protection and will ensure appropriate management regarding the storage and confidentiality of personal information.
5. Voluntary Provision of Personal Information
Whether or not customers provide personal information to us is voluntary. However, if all or part of the personal information required is not provided, we may be unable to properly carry out various procedures or provide certain services.
6. Requests for Disclosure, etc. of Retained Personal Data or Records of Provision to Third Parties
Upon request from the individual concerned, we will respond to requests concerning their personal information, including notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties.
For procedures regarding such requests, please contact the inquiry desk below. After verifying the identity of the individual making the request, we will respond within a reasonable period. However, if disclosure is likely to seriously hinder the proper execution of our business operations, we may refuse to disclose the information and will explain the reason for doing so.
