（新入寮生用）このフォームは、新規入寮時に以下にある「在寮のための誓約」に本人が誓約し在寮すること、またこの誓約について保証人の方の同意を得ていることを確認するためのものです。在寮予定者は全員登録する必要があります。
(For New Residents)The purpose of this form is to confirm that the newly entering dormitory residents agree to and pledge to abide by the following "Agreement for staying in the dormitory" and that the guarantor has agreed to this pledge. All students who plan to stay in the dormitory must register.
