子ども向け日本語教室 申込み／Application for Japanese Classes for Children

港区「子ども向け日本語教室」の申込フォームです。

申込みの後、オンライン（Zoom）でインタビューをします。
このフォームの入力後、インタビューの日時を選択するメールをお送りします。

お申込み多数の場合、抽選を行います。
抽選の結果は、5月16日（土）にメールでお知らせします。

This is the application form for Minato City Japanese Classes for Children.

After you apply, we will conduct an interview online via Zoom.
After you have filled out this form, we will send you an email asking you to select a date and time for your interview.

If we receive a large number of applications, we will hold a lottery.
We will notify you of the lottery results via email on May 16.
