Experience Driving Application Form

This is an application form for those who wish to drive by own car.
Please note that this is not to reserve the Circuit Challenge Cars. Booking the Circuit Challenge Cars in advance is only available for Fuji Speedway Hotel guests, so please contact Fuji Speedway Hotel for details.
Please be sure to fill in the "必須" fields. If not filled, you will not be able to apply.
If you are participating with a rental car, please make sure to check the terms and conditions of the rental car company and confirm that you are not violating any terms and conditions.

Handling of Personal Information
The personal information provided will not be used for any purpose other than the application for the Experience Driving.
Notes on Participation
If it is deemed impossible to continue the Experience Driving due to weather or other unavoidable circumstances, the Experience Driving may be cancelled or interrupted.
The start time of the Experience Driving may be changed due to unavoidable circumstances.
Please follow the instructions of the staff to ensure the safety of participants.
If any damage is caused to Fuji Speedway facilities, equipment, vehicles, fixtures, etc. due to the negligence of the customer, the customer will be charged for the cost of damage.
Please note that your own automobile insurance policy may not cover the accidents that occur during the Experience Driving.
Please use an appropriate seat for child who requires child or junior seat.
No rental seats are available at Fuji Speedway. Please prepare and install the seat by yourself.
Only the driver is allowed to ride the motorcycle.　No two riders will be allowed to participate.
No driver change is allowed after the start of the ride.
About Driver's License
Please present your original international driver's license valid in Japan at the reception desk.
If you do not present your original driver's license on the day of the event, you will not be able to participate even if you have already registered.
Meeting time and payment
Please pay the fee at the reception desk on the 1st floor of the Control Center before the start of the Experience Driving. (Cash, credit cards, and various types of electronic money can be used) *QR code payment is not supported.
 If you are late, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be made.
