【日時】2025年5月10日（土）14:00～15:30（13:30より開場）
【会場】港区国際交流協会　集会室１（港区北青山1-6-3　都営北青山一丁目アパート3号棟B1）
【対象】小学校3年生（8歳）から大人まで
【定員】20名程度（※先着順、要事前申込）
【参加費】
　・MIA会員（一般・ユース）：1,500円
　・非会員：大人 3,500円／子ども（8歳～12歳）1,500円／子どもと保護者のペア 4,500円
※参加費は事前にお支払いください。支払方法は申込受付メールにてご案内いたします。

【留意事項】

  • 本イベント中に撮影した写真は、港区国際交流協会のWebページおよびSNS上で公開されます。
  • このフォームよりお申込み後、申込受付のメールが自動送信されます。１日経っても受付完了のメールが届かない場合は、MIA事務局までお問合せください。
  • 同時にMIA会員に申し込むと、今回から会員価格が適用されます。「一般会員」になる場合は、イベント参加費とは別に、年度会費4,500円のお支払いが必要です。（25歳以下の「ユース会員」は、2025年度の年度会費は無料です。）

Date and Time: Saturday, May 10, 2025, 14:00-15:30 (Doors open at 13:30)
Venue: Minato International Association Meeting Room 1 (Toei Kita-Aoyama 1-chome Apartment Bldg. 3, B1, 1-6-3 Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku)
Eligibility: 3rd grade elementary school students (age 8) and above
Capacity: Approximately 20 participants (First-come-first-served basis, advance registration required)
Participation Fee:
・MIA Members (Regular/Youth): ¥1,500
・Non-members: Adults ¥3,500 / Children (ages 8-12) ¥1,500 / Child-Guardian Pair ¥4,500
*Please pay the participation fee in advance. Payment instructions will be provided in the registration confirmation email.

【Important Notice】
  • Photos taken during this event will be published on Minato International Association's website and social media.
  • After submitting this form, you will receive an automatic registration confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email within one day, please contact the MIA office.
  • If you apply for MIA membership together with this event registration, member prices will apply from this event. For "Regular Members," an annual membership fee of ¥4,500 is required in addition to the event participation fee. (Annual membership fee for "Youth Members" aged 25 and under is free for fiscal year 2025.)

The price of the participation fee for Child-Guardian Pair (¥4,500) applies to a combination of one non-member adult and one child. For MIA members participating with children, we kindly request that you submit separate applications for each person.
